Great on-time service to repair our floor joist for a reasonable price
They built our first house here! I’m so pleased with the quality here versus my last home and the follow up for warranty work was great as well.
We had a somewhat of a small job at our house. The floor joists needed to be replaced due to extreme sagging. J & W came out explained exactly how this job was going to be completed. The crew kept us informed on their progress. Having delt with other contractors that were not so informative. This was a nice change. Also these guys got the job done in a very timely manner. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Will again if need should arise.
J & W Construction and design have been working for. my Management company for 9 years. They have completed many different projects for me. They and the staff have been very courteous to tenants and vacant properties.They have completed complete house remodeling to deck, plumbing, flooring and major renovations from water issues and redoing roofs, subflooring and redoing a whole 4,unit townhomes.
