The owner & his helper came out & replaced an old heat pump for us through our insurance co. The owner was in a bad mood with a surly attitude. Our son who works on cooling systems checked the R410 level & noticed they put too much in which makes the pump work harder & cost more to cool our home. We called them 2 days later about the problem. They did not come back out to fix the problem as we asked them to so we called again and they said we would have to call our insurance co again costing us another $83.00. They deliberat... read more
