Amazing customer service! Highly professional and excellent work product.
I cannot recommend JVP enough! Jack was great! The prices are more than reasonable, and the work was done quicker than originally quoted. Now my engagement ring fits and my grandmothers antique ring is as good as new!!! Jack and the other employee I met were fantastic people and were so friendly and helpful. It’s a bit scary dropping off jewelry (especially sentimental jewelry) with a stranger, but they made me feel comfortable and made me not feel like a stranger! Seriously, I have not 1 bad thing to say!
Got my watch resized here. Amazing staff and extremely quick. Can’t recommend them enough!
