This management company is very ghetto and unprofessional. They never answer the phone they lie on people and lose paperwork and forget documents. If you ever do business with rhem KEEP COPIES OF ALL RECEIPTS AND PAPERWORK because they will claim they never received documents and they will argue with you over a lie. Worst management company ever please avoid them they are horrible!!
Spire has been doing construction on my street since the beginning of May and notified me the second week of may that there was a gas leak in my home and nothing has been done now it is July 9 th I have had no air all summer my dishwasher floods daily which has flooded my entire apartment several times has caused and infestation issue due to sitting water behind the walls my kitchen windows do not lock and secure properly which has been an issue for months and that is only my top 3 issues there are so many more 🥺
This place is horrible ......call the emergency maintenance number at 5:10pm they don't answer ....I kept calling then they turned the phone off ....the girl next to me has off 3 windows busted ...trash everywhere just horrible.....ohhh and her water pipes bust ...so it flooded.....all over to my house ....I called the water people they won't turn the water off...so I'm moving asap .....
These apartments are ghetto ass hell!! I was there for 3 weeks and i heard shooting EVERY night!! The tenants look rough and WRONG!
