Chairlift not yet 4 yes old and already a motherboard is going out and brushes need replaced. Called for service on Thursday and was told part needed to be shipped from Bruno. Left messages on 3 occasions, only 1 call returned. I expressed repeatedly the urgency in getting the lift repaired, a week has passed chair is not fixed and no return call. Will not recommend this company to any others. A lift should last more than 3 1/2 years and service is paramount. Wish I had gone in another direction when selecting a provider.
A++ customer service, best we’ve experienced in a long time! These people genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile with repairs and service. I highly recommend and would definitely come back for any future issues. Many thanks to Dale and Eric who took care of us!
