After Talking to JV Floors I Decided to hire them based on what I thought at the time was a fair price for Waterproof Vinyl Planks and the promise of being able to replace all of the flooring in my 2/2 1/2 Townhouse. First of all the workers were always late and sometimes didn't ever show up (Despite them knowing that I took off work to be there).
