The team was knowledgeable and helpful.
First thing that happened is I called to make an appointment and was given a time and just needed to confirm with my other party if they can make it at that time, call the other party on three-way to make it immediate and came back from three-way on hold with music so loud I couldn't hear the other person so I had to hang up. Then I was told that the appointment was already given up and I had to take an appointment on a different day for a time that was inconvenient.
