I just called because my son paid 75.00 for a perm that didn't work. They said his hair was too short on top but did it anyways. His hair is not too short on top, on the side yes which should have been shaved down like he usually does. He gets a perm about every 6 months. Permed on top and sides shaved. Whoever did it thought it was better to just fluff it out so now his hair is just a frizball. I called and the lady told me I talked to much and eventually hung up on me.
