Contacted the Salon earlier this week and explained that my daughter wanted half of her hair head shaved down and a design put into the shaved down part. Lady on the phone told me she had someone who could do the shave but not the design so I agreed. I set the appointment for 11am on Saturday. I had my hair done by Chyara and she absolutely killed it! My hair is the perfect mix of bright blonde and lived in. Chyara had a professional, relaxed and friendly vibe and made sure to keep checking in with the process, drinks, asked me if I cared to watch tv etc. she was highly attentive. Thank you Chyara for providing me with the best blinding experience I have had on Oahu.

Although the manager initially responded professionally and seemed willing to address my concerns, the situation ultimately was not resolved. I paid over $500 for a color service that did not turn out as requested. After my appointment, my hair washed out to an orange tone and did not reflect the result I was expecting. I paid over $500 for a color service with Zhanine, only to wash my hair at home and have it turn orange. I reached out to schedule a correction and was then charged a cancellation fee for an appointment I never even confirmed—an appointment that was meant to fix the original service. Ironically, during the first appointment she already had to redo the root melt saying it ‘didn’t take.’ I arrived at 8:30am for my 9am appointment and Zhanine didn’t show up until after 10, so my service didn’t start until around 11:30–12.
