Joe and his team were very friendly but that is not all that is needed in property management Because JV property management had an outdated tenant screening process much of the problems we had could have been avoided. JV Property Management didn't use all the tools provided to make sure we had the best tenants possible. Lots of falsifying by tenant on application. Worse service ever and very rude to the customers he serves. I am not happy with his service when he just says whatever it's completely the most disrespectful man on this earth. All business people who do business with this man is very rude and disrespectful.
Joe is AMAZING! His responsiveness, professionalism, and dedication to what he does was really awe-inspiring! Took the time to explain all the details, share his great insights, and added that extra human touch with his interaction! Highly recommend Joe's services!
