I'm replying to the Owner: If i call, who do I ask for? What's your name? I came into the salon on Thursday, July 10, at around 4 PM. I asked for a fill. The place had no clients. They asked me to sit on the last table. The technician who helped me was an older man who seemed experienced. He worked fast, and his technique for filing and shaping was actually very good. Horrible Customer Service! Nail Tech did not do nails as asked and was very rude and kept pulling on my hand and getting frustrated when I couldn't put my arm in position he wanted. I feel I was Overcharged, most I have ever paid for Nails. I will Never go in to this Nail Salon Again.

I’ve been here a few times, i’d like to say although they are good i’ve seen them either lower their prices for me or make them higher on some occasions i spent $100 on a simple pedicure when i normally pay like $60 and the lady tipped herself over $50 dollars ?! i went to another salon nearby and payed $50 for the same pedicure. it’s clearly all about money here i also felt super uncomfortable when paying because everyone was staring at me and surrounding me like i was going to steal because their card reader wasn’t working... read more

Got us in quickly, the gentleman that took care of me was super gentle due to health conditions that limit my experience. I was able to get my toes looking better, without the pain that I usually feel, from technicians being rough and impatient. Will be returning.
