I hired this company to replace my HVAC and water heater last year, which went poorly. While it eventually was installed, there were 2 instances of no show, including on the day of inspection. On the installation day Jimmy didn't show up until close to noon, delaying the crew and causing the work to go late into the evening. It is extremely difficult, having a chronic health condition, to wait 3 hours for a scheduled visit (and coordinating with multiple people for condo roof access).
