I came in wanting to get my hair dyed and I knew exactly what I wanted. Just the bangs lighter and I even had a picture. The lady insisted it didn't make sense so we should try something else. She ended up doing "ombré" highlights on most of my head and horribly. It was a nasty brassy yellow instead of the caramel that I showed her even after she toned it.
