Price was affordable but year & 7 months later just had to clean up a huge mess Juan & Vanessa’s crew left on the roof that had loaded up the gutters. Two story home so I could not see up there. My husband died right after it was put on or he would have gone up to check the work when it was done. The gutters were bulging from the facia full of old roof debris including shingles old & new, big chunks of insulation, nails and lumber & fast food trash. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great work on satisfying other appearance needs beyond just the roof replacement. Happy to see the extensive use of personal protective equipment for their safety. Left our yard clean and free of debris. Looking forward to stress free windy days in Desert Aire for years to come.
