Thanks you, Brayton. He waited 30 minutes for me to come home in order to fix my AC, was very friendly and professional took him not long to complete to job and now my AC is working great!
I had been without AC over the weeked thanks to my rental company. Ashley , called me first thing this morning to accommodate my schedule since I'm an educator and could not leave early. Cameron, fit me into to his schedule and was able to come after 3:00 . He was so polite and professional. Thank you Ashley and Cameron for your courtesy. I would definitely recommend to others.
I had someone come out one time who was very courteous and professional. However I've been trying to call for over a weeks and have left a couple VMs + texts with no reply. Not great service.
I would never recommend this business. I been without air for over 3 weeks. They sent out several technicians that didn't know what they were doing. An the owner himself called me, gave me his word an he to never showed up are yet to respond an it's been an additional 4 days. Almost a month now waiting. The leasing company won't change my vendor an I'm stuck waiting on them. No communication, far from professional, an just plain disgraceful. Unbelievable...
Didn't arrive one time. And they don't know what there doing. I had to use another company to get my AC fix. Please please don't use there folks.
