I previously left a 1-star review under my other email account because of repeated mistakes, and while things briefly improved, Juzo has failed me yet again. I was unable to reply to my previous review, so I could provide an update. I am leaving the country and placed my order well ahead of time. Quality of garments had declined drastically. Customer support line does not provide any relevant information. They will hang up on you or will transfer you to a voice mail somewhere without identifying who is the person they are transferring you too. I have been a loyal customer but this kind of attitude is unacceptable for the patients who depend on Juzo product. Most of the dealers do not carry 30-40 mmHG high thigh stockings in stock.
I have been a loyal Juzo customer for well over a decade. I’ve tried other custom compression garment brands, including Medi, but Juzo has always been the most durable and the only company offering silver-infused custom compression sleeves—an essential feature for someone with chronic primary lymphedema and a history of recurrent cellulitis. After a lumpectomy I developed breast lymphedema and use the breast soft compress, it’s very comfortable under a compression bra. I use daily. Thank you Juzo for a wonderful product.
