The one star is for his staff who answers the phone. I called yesterday to make an appointment with Dr. Lee who looks like a good doctor but the Woman at the registration desk was extremely rude and ignorant over the phone who screamed she couldn't hear me and was insulting on race that I never got a chance to finish registering thank goodness. Uconn health needs to be more careful on who they hire more professional ones then with trashy mouths how they ever get a job like this is a wonder. I rather write a positive review b... read more
