Juvly does not value their customers. I have been a long time member since they opened. Ive spent more than $24,000. Ive had some bad experiences but never complained. During the pandemic, they canceled my membership so they could get out of giving their members a free annual service. When I renewed my membership I no longer received many of the perks. If you're planning on becoming a member for any of the spa facials or laser hair removal or even cool sculpting at the ********** location - THINK AGAIN. I wish I could take myself out of the membership. None of the services listed on the website are offered here - only injectables and such. CRAZY!!! Beware! I tried to cancel my monthly membership and they said they need a 3 month notice. Meanwhile, I still have to pay $99/month. So, basically, it’s costing me $300 to cancel my membership. This was never communicated to me or I would have never signed up.
I was unhappy w/treatment. After approximately 10 emails (on record) w/******, I was told to go to Juvvly for re-treatment or reimbursement (my preferred choice). I called them in 8/31 and promised call back that evening. No call back! I called again on 9/10 and again promised call back in 15 mins., NOTHING! These were PROMISES on their end, but I have been totally ignored. I have never seen any results to date and have several pictures as proof. Pease help me!
I don’t even know where to begin. If I could give zero stars I would. I became a member over a year ago. Each and every appointment I scheduled was canceled with less than 24 hours notice, one with less than 1 hour notice. I was always given multiple reasons for the cancellation, scheduling issue, machine was down, person that was supposed to perform service quit. Each time I asked for a call back from a manager. Never received one. Sent emails. Never received replies. But that $99 kept coming out of my account each month. W... read more
I've had botox, jeauvaue, and microneedling at Juvly Polaris. The staff, procedures, happy attitudes, and professionalism have been amazing. No one has ever pushed for an "upsell," but I did buy some foundation that's better for my skin at the facility. That said, they tell you ******, a moisturizer available at any drug store for $20 is the best. This team will never send you in the wrong direction.
Where to start....DO NOT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY! Not only do they take your money BUT you can NEVER get a appointment! I live 1 1/2 hours away. My last 2 appointments have been canceled due to they no longer work there, but believe me they have no problem taking that money out EVERY month. It is NOT a 12 month contact, it is more like a 15 month contact. Oh......AND they pay people $25.00 in their wallet for EACH review they post. That is how they get such good reviews.
