Very rude and unhelpful, fire the whole building and get new staff.
They never answer the phones even during peak business hours. I can leave 80 messages with the person I need to talk to and never get a call back. EXTREMELY unprofessional, considering what they are meant to be doing.
Definitely not a fun place to be
