Went on for a balayage and hair cut. The cut was great and the base color is good, but the vivid balayage was a fail. You can't see it at all and it's not vivid. Also so much product was put in my hair and some of the color wasn't washed out, so by the time I got home my hair looked greasy and crunchy. For the price I was disappointed. I know the stylist was relatively new, but expected more.

I love my stylist, Sara. She blends my root color so well that it's harder to notice when my roots grow out. Sara is now cutting hair at Juut. I'm happy to have her talent for my cut and color. Sara starts my cut or color with a head, neck, and shoulder massage. I've been to many Aveda salons and some colorists do forget this luxury. Juut 's Daymaker program is wonderful. Jade was very knowledgeable and very patient with me as we figured out the best cut and style for my old, thinning hair. I walked out feeling like a new woman. Jade is a joy, and I would certainly recommend her to any and everyone.

Very friendly greeting and customer service at the front desk. Unfortunately, that did not extend to the person that cut my hair. I asked her to do something different, but she refused, saying she would keep the layers I already had and basically give me the same haircut, despite asking her three times during the consultation to do something different.
