We were not local to the area and Jutta went above and beyond to look at all the houses we wanted in great detail and always gave us her honest opinion. Normally I would not recommend buying a home unseen but with Jutta she captured the neighborhood and home in video so well that I felt like I had been there during our final walk through. Whether local or not I highly recommend Jutta and her team! She knowledge and energy towards finding us our next home made the home buying process less stressful.

10/10 do not recommend. Being first time homebuyers, we trusted Jutta that she would be on our side & lead us. She didn’t. After living in our home she sold us for 5 MONTHS, our AC unit is done for. Turns out the unit is 17YEARS old. This should have been addressed before we moved in & now we are having to pay $10,000, & suffered no air for a month. Find a realtor that’s on your side… not the money side!!
