I love my dr Mrs J.P she takes time too listen to patient
I am disappointed that I am asked to do a review almost 5 months since my mom’s last doctor’s appointment. I requested to speak with someone regarding the treatment by the receptionist upon signing my mom in for her visit. As a result of not being contacted I changed my mom’s Primary Care Doctor and will not be taking my mom to this Oak Street Health . I have no other concerns.
She always has a friendly smile on her face when she greets you and you know it’s real not fake. She listens to you and any concerns you may have and voices her own as well.
I felt I could come here and the doctor will help me with what my concerns are and help me find the treatment that would help me. I feel safe coming there.
