Family operated business, works great. I bought my Volvo 2020 xc40 volvo approx 3 months ago. The sales process thru Jack was exceptional, no pressure, he is just a wealth of information. Darren the boss and is up their with the best, made welcome and nothing is a problem. Sarah is the administrator, a welcoming professional lady. A warm thank you to supporting staff. What a shame we have dealerships like this representing the Volvo community. Test drove a car today and was met with outright hostility when I asked simple questions about missing service intervals, and the discrepancies between advertised and actual odometer reading (!) Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. And I even had my kids with me, who both witnessed Darren's disrespectful behavior, bordering on physically abusive.
