Very rude in the past, almost like they know it's a 15 minute drive to the nearest competition. I stopped in today in desperation and the lady at the counter wasn't wearing a mask. I turned around and went to the competition. Really disappointing to see a local business not doing their part to protect the public.

Needed 4 screws to fix my granddaughter’s training potty. Cost me $1.04. Older gentleman behind counter proceeded to lecture me about it not being worth the sale since I used my credit card. I had no cash on me, and I understand, but I don’t want to stand and made to feel uncomfortable while I’m being lectured about using a local neighborhood store instead of going to Home Depot. Won’t be going back. 😡😡
Always great service and wonderful selection
I was in to buy a piece of PVC pipe for a plumbing issue. Upon payment for my items I sat my phone down and left. Pat the guy who helped me when above and beyond to make sure I had my phone back to me the same day. This is my first time doing business here, but I will definitely be back. Very honest, ethical people.
The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I'll continue to purchase from them rather than waste anymore of my time in Home Depot.
