Terrible customer service. They are trying to overcharge me every month on bots that count towards my monthly plan. They told me they would fix the problem and my account is now shut down for 3 days. I would use anyone else but them. This is an easy fix and they cant seem to take care of it. I am a Big Commerce customer and they are part of their apps. I have been using them for years. Always great results. Their popups work great and they have very good customer service. I get them on my Big Commerce app and easy to install and use. Don't look any where else use their app and get started today!

JustUno is a great too but in my case as a business owner, I have to have it managed by someone who knows what they are doing and care about our success! TMiranda has done that and more! She is a pleasure to work with and we have already accomplished so much in our first 3 months. From email sign-ups that are always on A/B testing, upsell, cross-sell via AI Commerce. Everything we do with Miranda is goal oriented and our main goal is to lower checkout abandonment, lead generation and increase in ROAS.

Very poor customer service from the folks here. After cancelling the account and not receiving any emails of any kind we were charged $500 without knowing it. Has taken two days to be able to log back in and attempt to cancel again. Tip... it's very hard to cancel and account. I have requested a refund but don't hold much hope of even getting a response. In terms of the software. It's over priced for what it is and you can do 80% of what is offers with a Klaviyo or similar. Save your money.

Recently used Justuno for a marketing project and was impressed by the efficiency and effectiveness of the service. A special shoutout to Miranda, who was exceptionally quick in handling all our requests and getting everything done seamlessly.
