My wife and I have heard from a neighbor at church this Sunday that this place very clean and the staff in very friendly and they also have a drop box outside the office that I can pay by check since many places do not accept checks anymore. I also have interacted with the management staff here and they are really helpful in answering any questions I had and even told me they have a 24 hour customer service number on the door if the staff at the office is out to lunch or closed that I can always call for additional help if n... read more

Every time I need to rent I go elsewhere because I always see police in the parking lot at this location for some reason. Possible break-ins?

I had an excellent experience at Just Storage in Parma Heights! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which gave me peace of mind. The staff is what really makes the difference — they’re friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I can honestly say they take pride in making sure every customer is taken care of. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable storage with top-notch customer service!
