Terrible experience, nobody at facility for two weeks and couldn't make payment so got charged a late fee, someone was supposed to call, never did then put my unit in auction status after only 30something days late. Very unprofessional and rude people, get any other storage facility but this one!
The employee was new at his job but was determined to help us with what we needed.
