Very helpful and answered all our questions. Showed us the unit and made sure it was clean. Very personable and friendly
Everything setting up the account was straight forward and the receptionist on the phone was great and personable, the facility access as easy and the information emailed was accurate and easy to follow. The facility is clean, well lit and signed very well. Price is cheaper than other facilities in the area that I was able to check. The facility is even temperature regulated which I don't need but it's still cheaper with that option than the competition. All in I'm totally satisfied.
I love my experience that i've had! Customer service is excellent and purchasing my storage unit was very easy and thorough! I highly reccomended Just Storage to everyone! Thank you for an amazing first experience!
