We recently moved away from CT and needed a lot of help from the folks in the storage office to help coordinate things with the movers. Our customer service experience throughout the process was top notch. In addition, the facility was always secure and clean.
I had trouble with a different company before and was reluctant to use storage services due to my experience previously. But i can say with confidence that at this JustStorage location I’ve received nothing but the upmost respect whenever I have a question or concern they’ve been super helpful. Last time I went I spoke with a gentleman named Victor he assisted me through the process and gave me a 10/10 customer service .
