I've been renting at the Meriden location for a while now and both Jason and Linda have been great to me. The place is always clean and the trolleys are almost always where they should be for ease of use. I did have one minor incident with water getting in my unit from a tiny roof or pipe leak, but everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Only a few things were minimally damaged, and it wasn't a huge loss. Weather up in New England can really take a toll on buildings, so I understand there's always a risk. Thanks Jas... read more
Linda and Jason are fantastic! They are both incredibly helpful and they maintain a very clean environment!
I would highly recommend this storage facility. The place is always clean and well maintained, the staff is nice and easy to work with, and the website is user friendly. They are fast and efficient and made my move in simple. I’ve had a pleasant experience so far.
