Quick and amazing service just right for any college student!
This is the first time I have used storage and I was very nervous. Crystal and Toya were extremely nice, very informative, and very easy to work with. They were both very professional and have made me feel at ease.
Only giving 1 star because it will not allow me to give 0 stars. The customer service is terrible. No follow through, I'm sill waiting on a call from the District Manager because the associates at the store were unable to assist.
I easily rented the unit and Crystal and Toya were so helpful. Many times if you need a storage unit you are in a stressful situation and this being so easy meant a lot. I realized I only needed one month as I would be moving to a different county. There was no sales pressure just helping me get everything in place. I highly recommend them.
Had a quick and easy process getting a storage unit with Toya. Thank you for making the process less stressful and going above and beyond to help me choose the right size storage unit!
