I went yesterday to get my hair done and i showed them a lot of pictures of how I wanted my hair and even pictures of how I did not want my hair. I emphasized over and over again that I wanted my hair FULL. Again I showed them multiple pictures and when I left my hair was not full at all. I even bought hair today and asked if they could make it fuller with a response of theres to busy for today, okay fine. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE!
I’ve been coming to Justine’s for YEARS now and I always leave LOVING my hair.. my schedule has always fluctuated so appointments are iffy for me but she’s allowed me to walk- in and they’ve always been fast and NEAT. I usually get traditional braiding styles nothing too trendy but I’ve seen their work on others and it looks amazing. Love this place
- She braided my locks into box braids. Thanks Justine . I love it 😍 - She also did a special shampo treatment on my hair. The hair massage was soothing.
I’ve been coming to Justine’s for years. I recently came and had the worst experience. I was charged for human hair (Senegalese with curly pieces) when I specifically asked Justine to use HUMAN HAIR SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO BE PARTICIPATING IN WATER ACTIVITIES! when I got there 2 females were working in my hair. One was twisting loose and the other tight. My hair in the back and side came out completely different. My twists started unraveling next day and I had vacation in a couple days. Ms. Justine is the best! She is super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I brought in my inspiration photo and she delivered! I'm receiving endless compliments. She knows how to treat hair and the best ways to care for your specific conditions. I received the deep conditioning treatment and the wonderful oil. I love my hair. This was my first time coming to Ms. Justine. She has definitely gained a regular customer!
