Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in Dr. Yancey's practice. His bedside manner was professional and comforting, but his staff was cold and dismissive. After receiving alarming test results over the phone by way of his medical assistant, it was very difficult to actually get in touch with the doctor and receive some answers. I would not send family there if you are looking for high quality and compassionate care. Hoping they can make some changes.
Doctor Yancey is a great Doctor. I had an appointment with him after I had my MRI . He was so professional and personable. He made my day and put me at ease with the outcome of my test. THank you so much.
