Dr Williams was very professional yet had a calming friendly personality. He explained everything for pre and post knee replacement which I have scheduled to be done in Jan. He answered any questions I had. I also want to say that all the other staff I met were also great. Veronica that did my VS, Lisa that scheduled my appointment and the woman that did my knee x-rays- all great.
Justin is fabulous! He knows how to care for you and listens to you.
