The work I required from Justin was tough work much of it in semi confined spaces, not easy access; Throughout he was courteous, and explained every step of the process, and very good work; I’m happy with the work he performed at my house and would recommend him.
They installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my dad's house and also installed water heater. The furnace is backdrafting carbon monoxide from the water heater into the house. The drain line for the condensate is directly connected to the septic line allowing sewer gases back into the house. It's against building code, an illegal connection. After multiple calls to try and get this remedied even though it's supposed to be under a 10-year warranty, they decide to tell me not to call to have their hazardous problem fixed... read more
We enlisted Justin and his team’s help with a sewer scope for our new home purchase inspection. More worked needed to be done to clean out the lines, and throughout the whole process he was awesome! He was very accommodating with schedule times making appointments with only a day notice, priced fairly, and very knowledgeable every step of the way. Called them to switch out one of my toilets for a new one. Quick, clean, pleasant & professional. No drama. Price was fair and I would use them again.
Our sewage pump broke on Saturday and he was able to make it out and repair it for us that day. He is such a great guy and very knowledgeable.
