Dr. Hagen is always very clear and direct. We have 3 children and have been seeing him for the past 5 years and have always had wonderful experiences. He also does a terrific job of explaining his treatment choices in a way a child understands and putting our children at ease whenever they meet with him. We also have always had good experiences with his NPs.
We love Dr. Hagen! Our three year old son has a hard time staying calm in the exam room and Dr. Hagen takes his time to help him feel safe. He even practiced examining the stuffie we brought with us to put my son at ease. Highly recommend!
Gave a thorough explanation and came up with a game plan for our son. My husband and I were both satisfied with the appointment and his approach.
I am not one to make reviews. I am reading negative comments about Dr Hagen and am blown away. Dr Hagen, NP Gianna and Laura a nurse have truly been a relief in all my son’s issues. He has awful skin/allergy problems and feel annoying calling as often as I have to, but they make it very relieving and reassuring. They also call back to follow up and see how he’s doing. I would recommend Dr Hagen and the staff at this office any day! I appreciate them so much.
