Dr Justin Smith is truly the best! The entire practice is just incredible. From check in to check out, I am treated with courtesy, compassion, & respect. Bonus points for not sitting in the waiting area for an appointment. I will never go to OrthoCarolina again‼️
Dr Smith is awesome and I’m a tough critic with providers. He explains things well, and doesn’t rush you. I had surgery and he was concerned and available for follow-up. It’s a bit confusing with him being at two offices so make sure in advance who to call with concerns.
Went for an exam to determine the source and course of action for my knee pain. I've trusted Dr. Smith in the past for a femur repair, so choosing him was the right decision for me. Since he doesn't do knee replacements, I felt I could trust him to give me an honest evaluation of whether or not I needed a new knee.
