Wonderful practice. Office staff is pleasant. Clinical staff is pleasant and patient. Dr Deen is a wonderful listener with great bedside manner. He explains all options and I left feeling I could trust his professional opinion.
From the receptionists to the preop nurse, Desi, to the operative staff I cannot give them more praise. Very patient centered care. For the first time in a while I did not feel like I was treated like another person on a conveyor belt. Dr. Justin DEEN took time to explain everything clearly. Called me this morning after my surgery. Gold star practice, I would recommend to anyone.
Dr. Deen is the best! Had my right hip replaced and am doing great. He and his staff makes the process such a smooth experience.
