Wow. No one is ever in the office to help or attend to customer service. So when it came to me moving out of the space I got charged a whole month. Because no one was in office to attend move out the move. I had to pay an additional month. Not kool
Great customer service, clean facility good prices, and gate just became "smart" (you can open it from an app, when close to it). Seems a lot of the bad reviews are possibly meant for the facility they are next to. It is kind of confusing because it all looks like one facility but it's not, there is a gate between them. I personally have had some experience with the place next door and it wasn't that good.
