Justin Smith is a wonderful knowledgeable realtor. He worked with us to sell our unique home, and he helped us purchase another beautiful home. He guided us through the process, and was very helpful and patient as we worked through some health issues along the journey. In addition to being a good negotiator, he also became a good friend along the way. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone selling a home. WOW....we really picked the right realtor!! My husband was a realtor for 25 years and he is very detailed and hard to please...Justin was a real STAR in our eyes. Our Condo was still dealing with insurance after Ian. Justin handled it, held many open houses, put up a billboard etc. etc. and sold above our financial expectations. He even planted a St. Joseph for luck, but with Justins dedication and the extra luck....we were the WINNERS!!!!

Justin got our house in Florida sold at a time when sales are crashing there. He went above and beyond, and made sure the home looked beautiful and showed perfectly with his virtual items. He even mowed the yard to make sure it showed perfectly (no one was living in it). We are very grateful to him.
