Dr McMinn has an abundance of knowledge and is super helpful and truly cares about his patients.
Snippy, rude staff that is deliberately unhelpful and incompetent with insurance filings. In the 15 years I have been going to this clinic this is the second group of bad staff. Five years ago McMinn diagnosed me with an eye condition that is treatable. However, the current staff cannot figure out how to complete a simple form, and they refuse to let anyone help. McMinn doesn’t care that this is happening, and I am forced to find another clinic to continue the treatment.
Have used Dr McMinn almost 14 years problem I made a appointment with him an then see the other Doctor if I wanted to see her I would have made my appointment with her was told by HIS STAFF THE FEMALE ONE THAT THEY WHERE GLASS AN IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT TWO WEEKS OR SO. SOO I CALL IN THREE WEEKS AN THE SECRETARY ASK ME TO REPEAT MY NAME SO I DID AN STARTED TO SPELL IT AND WAS TOLD QUITE NASTILY THAT I DIDNT NEED TO SPELL IT THEN Was told they told me it would be longer got them in 4 weeks not again
Great office, staff, and doctors.
Dr. McMinn was excellent! He spent a lot of time and several visits working with me to get back into contact lenses which I have not been able to wear in years. He has a great rapport with his patients which puts them at ease immediately.
