Outstanding Orthopedic - great manners - takes time to answer any & all of my questions, comments & concerns. Waiting time just 7 min. and quick decision on X-ray & its interpretation. Highly recommended!
I have seen Dr Brazeal 3 times in the last 4 months. I have found him to be very knowledgeable, compassionate yet gets to the point, listens to me, gives me time to speak and has a good information about follow up treatment and different options available. I would give him 5 stars. I felt he gave me adequate time in the room to discuss the issues, no wait in the waiting room. He was personable, yet professional. I have never left feedback for a doctor, but had to when i saw the other reviews
I've seen him twice, both times he was incredibly dismissive. He will go off on a tangent using vocabulary aimed to confuse you and rush you out the door. Don't waste my time or money. Houston is the best option if you are looking to get quality orthopedic care.
I don't recommend. Very compassionless. Needed emergency surgery on a bad femur break at 10:30 at night. He was doctor on call. Refuse to do surgery until next day. Was a long painful night. Just overall bedside manner is very compassionless. Then was sent home with fever. Had a really bad infection in leg. I just don't recommend!!!! I could go on and on about experience. Was also very anemic and he said that wasn't his area. Really!!! He was the only doctor we were seeing at.
In my almost 80 years of living, this is the worst doctor I have ever been referred to, it is not good for CHI to have this man on its staff.
