The treatments for my knee have been great. Definitely seeing improvement!
Dr. Poppe advised my mom to drink double her weight in ounces of water. She now is in the ICU. She will to spend Christmas there. This advice totally depleted her sodium.
Justin cured my sciatica. Went over a cattle guard on my Harley. It was a sunken one on a main road and caused my spine to scrunch the last two vertebrae together. I had adjustments and the “pull apart table”, did wonders to set my spine back to normal. I recently experienced pain in my Achilles tendon, so I was “ resting it” as suggested by a different health professional.At a monthly appointment with Dr. Poppe I mentioned my Achilles issue. He immediately identified the area of the calf involved, and treated that. Immediately, the pain was lessened. Consider chiropractic before more invasive, or limiting suggestions.
Dr. Poppe takes the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition and explain what is causing my back or neck pain. He is very knowledgeable about spinal health and human biomechanics. The adjustments Dr. Poppe performs are quick and effective. I usually start feeling relief from pain and more range of motion within a day or two after an adjustment.
