It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to Dr Fong - all his numbers have SAME message to hit ZERO for his answering service, doing so takes you back to his original message. So if you questions answered, especially about prescription NEEDED, find a doctor with better response and service.

I've had one appointment with Dr Fong, and that was a great experience - he is curious, caring, direct and followed up with me... but it's very hard to actually get care, because the person who answers the phone is so dismissive. I just called for a referral request, that my insurance provider said that I needed to receive from my Primary Care Provider (Dr. Fong), and the person who answered the phone hung up on me while I was explaining. I tried to call the office to schedule my 1st visit with Dr. Fong but the lazy and rude office manager Suzanna told me to email her my insurance info even though I said I can give it to her. She said I have to do it the way she said otherwise her clinic does not welcome me as their new patient. She even hanged up on me when I tried to explain I don't have access to email. I will never forget Dr. Fong’s caretaking during the worst health scares of my life during 2015, he was critical to my path to recovery which has included 40 lbs. of added muscle, a better diet, good overall health and more time to focus on the fun things in life outside the doc’s office.

Dr. Justin Fong is one in a million Doctors anyone can find. Aside from his expertise in his medical field, his personal patient care and time he spends with his patients is far and beyond compared to any doctors around. He is aggressive in sending patients for different testing if circumstances calls for until he’ll resolve the patient’s issue. He is not only an excellent doctor but a very good man with a heart of gold and he is a man of God.
