I was recommended to Dr. Pagan by my dentist to perform orthodontia to straighten my lower teeth that had moved due to aging. At age 58, he straightened what would have become a major lower tooth extraction. His care changed my prognosis. Whenever I have changes in my bite due to crowns, he has replaced my retainer free of charge. He’s simply the best.
The staff was welcoming and very personable. Dr. Pagan was very thorough explaining our options for treatment while letting us know that we ultimately should go with what would fit us best. Extremely happy with the care and quality of service that we received.
During my visit, the orthodontist made sure to check my teeth and answer any questions I might have. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
