On November 5th, I had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Orr regarding my foot surgery. While Dr. Orr has always been excellent—empathetic, knowledgeable, and professional—my experience with the staff at this location was very disappointing. When I checked in, the front desk staff member was unnecessarily demanding about a balance from another office and made a condescending remark, saying, “Well, we are Providence,” as if I wasn’t aware of where I was.
