Dr. Morse and his staff are very attentive and professional.
Dr Morse saved my son’s life. He seriously came in at 4am and saved my baby. My child is here because this doctor is passionate about what he does. So if you have to wait longer in office it is because he doesn’t rush his patients out of there and takes the time to make sure they are taken care of. I’ll take that any day over a doctor who rushes to see the next and barely pay attention to their patients. We gladly drive over 2 hours to see him. The staff is so friendly and helpful as well.
I want to thank Autumn at the front desk for the professional way she answered the phone. When I called, she asked if she could put me on a brief hold instead of just answering & placing me on hold. This gave me the opportunity to respond either yes or, no, this call is urgent. It made me feel like my call was important to her.
Friday afternoon with a infection on my face. Waited for 1.5 hours for this "SPECIALIST" after hearing the whole staff talk about how tired and ready to go home they are he shows up spend 5 min hands me antibiotics and tells me to go to the ER if it gets worse. All that was needed was for it to be landed which is what my DR sent me there for. So in all two dr and a ER trip I spend 3 days in pain for it to finally start going down on its own. If your not in this business to help people get out of it
