I would never recommend HH, although our agent was kind, professional and caring when I was buying my 1,181, 000 Home last Summer. I also bought the top of the line Warranty. In November I discovered a plumbing problem. I called her 1st. She flipidly told me that that job is never covered. I had her talk to Gary, the Supervisor from Rotorooter who had diagnosed the $15,500 extensive plumbing repair that needed to be done asap.
