My girlfriend was put on emergency status for a colonoscopy. After problems with both ends of Doctor's offices not communicating or submitting forms with the insurance, I proceeded with a 4 way call and got all parties to approve the requests. It was 4 weeks of misery and anguish which she's still experiencing. The pregnant lady that was in the office at Dr Dodda's was the ONLY concerned and considerate person there. Great service and information.
My 79-year-old mother had a CT scan today. The apparently aged Tech with a grayish bob hairstyle was very unhelpful and rude. I had to help my mother onto the imaging table as the Tech stood back and watched my mother struggle to walk & wobble towards the table. She looked at my mother as if she was some type of science project. This was a very unpleasant visit after an hour in the waiting room.
Dr. Blackford is the best primary care doctor that I have ever experienced. He answers on my questions, he always reviews my records, and he is very good at putting all my information together to present the best options in my care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a General practitioner for your health.
I was to have knee replacement at maryview. I was in the preop holding area I had my nerve block all my medications for surgery. Dr Marlowe comes in and says are you ready for surgery. I said yes my surgery was schedule for 10am. At 11:30 he comes in and said 5 surgical trays were contaminated .therefore I could not have surgery. The place is very dangerous and unsafe.I feel its very dirty. Consider going elsewhere for treatment. Dr Marlowe in dangerous and unreliable

Catherine Edwards is the most knowledgeable, empathetic, and caring PCM I have ever had. I would recommend her as a primary care for anybody. Being 100% disabled military itis not easy to find good medical care. She has helped me find the care that I need, really listens when you go in, and never puts herself above anybody. Her staff is also amazing Nancy her nurse is very knowledgeable, and friendly.
They are by far the worst Home Care Agency I have ever experienced. They are constantly under staffed, use inexperienced caregivers, don't communicate with one another and lie about everything. When I first started on their services, they informed me I could not have shower aides for the first two weeks of my care-- BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY.
