Dr. Mackert’s office has always been a pleasure to deal with and have always worked with me through 3 different insurance changes over 7 years. I had a smooth transition from when he took over for Dr. Ross. Cleaning and fillings are always done quickly and efficiently. When I cracked a recent filling, Dr. Mackert fixed it without charging it to my deductible/copay, which was a huge relief. 5/5

Visited to have a cleaning and was reassured that I did not have a diagnosis given by my prior dental office. Such an amazing relief. The hygienist was incredibly gentle and caring throughout the cleaning. Constantly checking if I was comfortable. The office has the best cozy vibes with lots of friendly faces. I 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Mackert has taken over the practice and with any change like this- it can make you unsure. But Dr. Mackert makes you feel right at home. He has great interpersonal skills. He really takes the time to explain every aspect about what he is doing to his patients and shows he truly cares about your overall experience.
