Dr. Watkins is an incredible primary care doctor. I’m very happy with the level of care he provides.
My experience what little there was (what little there was) god awful. Wish I had read his reviews before even getting in my car! First, they send no reminders of appts, no address to find out where you're going. Not even his name. I had to call Untied Health to find all that out. Meanwhile, the very good doctor I had (just to far away) is upset cause I haven't been there due to waiting for this "princess"! So I finally get there 5 minutes late after finding out where the princess is and he cancels on me! For 1 or 2 good rev... read more
I had an appointment I have to travel to Phoenix for, and got cancelled without advance notice a few hours before. No coordination for another doctor, and no apologize. His nurse speaks to me as "we just cancelled your appointment because we want to do so, so what?". Worst doctor I have ever seen, and I immediately move on to switch to other doctor. Very Unprofessional.
Extremely disappointed with Dr Watkins and shame on Banner for allowing this to go on. Not sure why but I can't get him to return a email or phone call. I've written several emails with pertinent questions via their website with no response from Dr Watkins. I've also called and left several messages with the call center again with no call back from Dr Watkins. I finally found my new doctor! He listens carefully and explains things thoroughly. He is very proactive and invested in my health. I couldn't be more pleased.
