Scheduled an appointment as a new patient using the Online system. The soonest appointment available was 8 months out! In the meantime, I received numerous calls from specialists that I’d been referred to by Dr. Cole, even though I hadn’t met him yet. The day before my scheduled appointment, I reached out to Banner because no one had called to remind me of said appointment. Dr Cole is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Best doctor I have had in years. Easy to talk to.
Had an appointment with Dr. Cole for a year. The day before the appointment it was canceled by his office. I couldn't reschedule for 6 months. Never got to see him. Then I broke out in a rash all over my body. The itching was so very bad. Again, I couldn't get innto see him for 6 months. I ended up on urgent care. I changed doctors, it does not good to have a doctor you can't get in to see. No matter how good or nice the doctor is.
My son has been a patient of Dr. Cole for 2 years. He is one of the few who truly care. He is very knowledgeable, kind and personable. You won't find a better doctor. I am so glad we have him.
